First Time Citrix User?

When you launch "Hosted Desktop" from the shortcut on the left, it will first detect the type of system you are using (Windows, Mac, Linux etc) and it will redirect you to a site where you can download and install the appropriate version of the “Citrix Receiver” application.

Once the appropriate version of the “Citrix Receiver” is installed, you can login with your email address and password to your hosted desktop.

** Note: If your computer has a personal firewall active, you may be prompted to enable Citrix ICA traffic.

Setting up Hosted Exchange in Outlook?

If you are using XCentral’s Hosted Exchange on your computer, you will be required to configure your Outlook account when you access the service for the first time.

Simply enter your name, email address and password on the “Add New Account” screen when Outlook starts and when prompted select to “always trust this site”.

Following that, simply launch Outlook - there's no need to access via this page.

** Note: you require Outlook 2007 or 2010 on Windows, or Outlook 2011 on mac in order for this to work.

Setting up Email on a Mobile Device?

Email us at support@xcentral.com.au stating the device type (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry or Windows Mobile 7) and we will send back the appropriate instructions.
