To make it easy and convenient for you to do business with us, XCentral has three different payment methods:
Pay-as-you-go
If you just need ad-hoc services and support to keep your business running smoothly, we are happy to work at an agreed hourly rate and work in intervals of 30 minutes.
Fixed cost for a project
Once we have identified with you exactly what is required for your projects, we are happy to submit a proposal with a fixed quote for the agreed deliverables including hardware, software and services.
Ongoing support and maintenance plans
If you need regular IT support, services and maintenance, an ongoing support plan may be the most efficient and cost-effective way to go. We offer great rates for 12 month commitments and will regularly service your gear so you stay up and running and free from problems.
