Pay-by-the-month:

Offering simplicity, convenience and predictability for budgeting, XCentral can bundle your support, maintenance, leasing and software services into one fixed monthly fee.

By proactively monitoring and maintaining your IT systems we keep them running fast, efficiently and securely. It’s the most effective way of ensuring your IT environment remains stable and trouble-free. We provide detailed monthly reports on performance and activities.

One-off projects:

Fixed project fees are typically used for initial design and implementation of your technology solution or for one-off system reviews or upgrades.

We start by identifying exactly what is required for your projects, and then submit a proposal with a complete quote for the agreed deliverables including hardware, software and services.

Ad-hoc support:

If you have an IT emergency or simply need ad-hoc services from time to time to troubleshoot your business technology, we’re available to work at an agreed hourly rate.
